Meet Nick Nelson
Nick Nelson is an established general contractor, real estate agent, CPA, entrepreneur, father and husband. Starting at just 18 years old Nick began to acquire properties by purchasing distressed properties, remodeling them, and renting them out. He received his Bachelor of Accounting from Weber State University and returned to The University of Utah to finish his education in Construction Management. After working for the largest and most successful contractor in Utah for nearly 10 years, Nick started Stella Development and Construction, LLC, fulfilling his lifelong dream of designing and building luxury custom homes. Nick has successfully completed over 30 million dollars of new construction builds under his new company and has managed over 300mm of construction projects. Nicks vast experience in all departments of the industry have made him an expert in overseeing projects from start to finish. Nick is a proud father of 2 children and husband to an incredible wife.
